Youth Ministry Coordinator (6 Month Prayer Contract Period)

(To begin by September 1^st)

The function of this contract is to provide pastoral assistance in developing and leading a renewal of the Youth Ministry housed at our church. The candidate for this position would also assist Pastor Phil in other duties as needed.

The person selected for this position would be paid up to $825/month. Monthly payment would be based on actual time needed or the amount of time that could be provided by the selected candidate.

The prayer period provides an opportunity for all members of our church family to participate in and provide input on their own vision for this ministry. In addition, this period would allow the person selected to this position to determine if they feel compelled to continue in this ministry.

After the six-month prayer period, if it is deemed a viable ministry by the church family, consideration would be given to making the Youth Ministry Leader a part-time salaried employee.
